let the 2 angles be x and (90 - x)

x - (90 - x) = 12

x - 90 +x = 12

2x = 90 + 12

x = 102/2

x = 51

Therefore the 2 angles are:

x = 51° and (90- x ) = (90 - 51) = 39°.

Hope this helps you...
