\huge\boxed{\blue{Given :}}

➣ Difference in the measures of two complementary angles = 12°

\huge\boxed{\red{To \: Find :}}

➣ The Measure of the smaller complementary angle

➣ The Measure of the Larger complementary angle

\huge\boxed{\pink {Solution :}}

➪ Let, the smaller complementary angle = x°

➪ Let, the larger complementary angle = x + 12°

➪ The Sum of two complementary angles = 90°

⇒ x + x + 12° = 90°

⇒ 2x + 12° = 90°

⇒ 2x = 90° - 12°

⇒ 2x = 78°

⇒ x = \cancel\frac{78} {2}

⇒ x = 39°

➣ Smaller Complementary Angle = x° = 39°

➣ Larger Complementary Angle = x + 12° = 39° + 12° = 51°

➦ So, the Measure of the smaller complementary angle is 39° and the Measure of the larger complementary angle is 51°
