let their sides be a and b respectively

then, their areas are (a2)m2 and (b2) m2 respectively

and,their perimeter are 4a and 4b respectively

therefore, 4a-4b=32

=>a-b=8____(1)

now, difference of their areas=208m2

therefore, a2-b2=208__-(using 1)

=>64+16b=208

=>16b=208-64

=>b=144/16

=>b=9

therefore, a=8+b=17

sides are 17 units and 9 units
