 2  radians = 360 degrees
 the difference of two angles = 20 degrees
                                   a - b   = 20  -------------------->  1
the sum of two angles           = 360 degrees
                                   a + b   = 360 ------------------->   2
  equation 1 + 2
                                     2 a      = 380
                                        a       = 190
substitute in equation 2
                             190 + b      = 360
                                       b      =  360 - 190
                                       b      =  170
           Solution  (a=190, b=170)
