Bryophtya are also called amphibians as they grow in moist soil but need water for reproduction. they're thalloid multicellular and autotrophic they reproduce by spores. they don't have specific tissues for conducting food and water
eg- Moss such as funaria riccia etc
spermatophtes are also called phanerogams.
they are embryophtes. they're produced by seeds. they have special structure for reproduction. in germination they have seed with stored food is used for initial growth of embryo. they are further classified into gymnosperms and angiosperm depending whether seed is inside the fruit or outside.
