Dear Student,

Please find below the solution to the asked query :

(2).Let P be the principal.Rate, R = 15 % p.a.Time, n = 3 yrsNow, amount, A = P[1 + R100]n⇒CI + P = P[1 + 15100]3⇒CI = P[2320]3 − P⇒CI = Rs (41678000P)SI = PRT100 = P×15×3100 = Rs (9P20)now, CI − SI = (41678000P) − (9P20) = Rs 2268⇒4167P− 3600P8000 = 2268⇒567P8000 = 2268⇒P = 32000so, required principal = Rs 32000

Answer:

Answer is 32000

Step-by-step explanation:

CI - SI = 2268

R = 15%

T = 3 YEARS

SI = PRT/100

SI = P*15*3/100

=>P*3*3/20

=>9P/20

=>1.45P--------(1)

A = P(1 + R/100)^n

=>P(1 + 15/100)^3

=>P(1.15)^3

=>1.523P---------(2)

THUS,

1.523P - 1.45P = 2268

O.O70875P = 2268

P = 2268/0.O70875

After dividing we get....

P = 32000

hope it helps..please mark me as brainliest
