put h=14+b

so by putting in formula we will obtain an equation that is

b^2 +14b = 240

b^2 +14b-240=0

by solving with elimination we will

get b=-24 andb=10

as base cant be negative so

b=10

hence

h=24 (by putting in 《1》)

now apply pythagoras and we will get the value of hypotenuse

hyp=26

hence perimeter = b +h+hyp

=10 +24+26

=60
