Let the ones digit =x

Let the tens digit = 4x

Two digit no.=4x × 10+x

= 41x

After reversing new no.=x × 10. +4x

=14x

A.T.Q.

41x-14x = 54

27x = 54

x = 54÷27

x = 2

Ones digit = 2

Tens digit = 8

Two digit number = 8×10+2

= 82

Verification:-

41 × 2 - 14 × 2 =54

82 - 28 = 54

54 = 54
