let digit at tens and ones place be t and o respectively.
The digit at the tens place is twice the digit at the units place in a two digit number.
so t=2o and is two digit number
so  o cant cross 5 /is less than 5 because if it is 5 more than it then it is 3 digit number(105 above)
so the possiblities are
1.21
2.42
3.63
4.84
The number formed by the interchange the digit is 18 less than the original number
so lets check
1.no becuase 21-12
≠18
2.
.yes becuase 42-24=18
3.no becuase 63-36 ≠ 18
4.no becuase 84-48≠18
hence the answer is 42
