Step-by-step explanation:

let the number in one's place be y and in tens place be x

therefore the number will be 10x+y

the number(x) = 4y

reverse = 10y+x

(10x+y) - (10y+x)= 54

9x-9y= 54

x-y=6

putting x as 4y

y=2

x=8

the number is 82
