Let the one's place be x
Hence, ten's place= 4x
Number formed= 4x × 10 + x
40x+x= 41x
Reverse
One's place = 4x
Ten's place = x
Number formed=x × 10 + 4x
=10x+4x= 14x
Number1 +Number2=55
41x + 14x = 55
55x = 55
x=1
Original number=
41x
=41×1
=41
