Let the digit at the ten’s place be x,
Then digit at the one’s place will be 3x

So we will think of numbers thrice of a number:
At x = 1,
3x = 3 * 1 = 3

At x = 2,
3x = 3*2 =6

At x=3,
3x = 3*3 = 9

At x = 4,
3x = 3*4 = 12
From this point, we cannot take these numbers because they are more than one digit numbers. So we will stop here.

Now our answer has 3 possibilities:
13, 26, 39

There is no further information in the question. So we cannot find the specific number.

Therefore, your answer can be 13, 26, or 39.
Hope it helps you!
