let the digit in the ones place no. be x

∴digit in the tens place will  be 3x

∴ the original no be = [10×3x] + x= 30x+x

on reversing the no.we get

the new no. be [10×x]+3x= [10x+3x]

ATP

⇒(30x+x)-(10x+3x)=36

⇒31x-10x-3x =36

⇒18x=36

⇒x=2 ......................................................digit in the ones place

⇒ 3x =3 × 2 =6 .......................................digit in the tens place

so, the original no. is [10×3×2]+2= 62   ANS

check

the reversed nos is 26

62 -36 = 26 prooved
