let unit place at two digit number is y and and x
at tens place

then the nuber is 10x+y
and x-y=5
if the digit are interchanged means
10y+x+10x+y=99
11x+11y=99

11(x+y)=99
x+y=9
x-y=5

x=5+y
5+2y=9
y=2
x=7
