The dihedral angle in H2O2 decreases in the solid state as compared to the gaseous phase due to the lone pair -lone pair repulsions between the oxygen's lone pairs of electrons

As the hydrogen peroxide is non planar in structure.

The dihedral angle of H2O2 in gas phase is  111.5°

The dihedral angle of H2O2 in solid phase is 90.2°

where as the decrease is seen due to the lone pair-lone pair repulsions between the oxygens lone pair.
