area \: avialable(left) \: for \: building \: the \: houses \: = area \: of \: the \: plot - area \: of \: the \: roads \:

30000 - 1800 = 28200 {m}^{2}

therefore \\ \\ area \: available \: for \: building \: the \: houses = 28200 {m}^{2}
