Answer:

Explanation:

Work is Force into Displacement

Force = Mass*Acceleration = MLt^-2

So work will be ML^2T^-2

Now Power

Power is energy per unit time

Energy is same as work done

So ML^2T^-2/T = ML^2T-3

Dimensional Formula of Work= M1L2T-2. SI units of Work is Joule represented by J. It should be noted that energy of all types ( Surface Tension, Kinetic, Potential etc) have the same dimensional formula as that of Work.
