Answer:

Let the ratio of the dimensions be,

3x:2x:1x

TSA=2(lb+bh+hl)

2[(3x)(2x) +(2x)(x) +(x)(3x)]

2[6x^2+2x^2+3x^2]

22x^2=8800m^2

x^2=400m^2

x=√400m^2

x=20m

Hence the dimensions are,

l=60m

b=40m

h=20m
