Step-by-step explanation:

Length of cuboid is 4 cm.

Breadth of cuboid is 8 cm.

Height of cuboid is 1 cm.

Area of cuboid is 4 x 8 x 1 i.e. 32 cm square.

Side of cube is 1 cm.

Area of cube is 1 x 1 x 1 i.e. 1 cm square.

Therefore, 32 / 1 i.e. 32 cubes can be cut out of it.
