Here's your Answer....

Volume of cuboid= l × b × h

= 18 × 12 × 8

= 1728 cm^2

Volume of cube = a^3

Since, The volume of cuboid is equal to voluke of cube.

1728 = a^3

a = 12 cm.

Therefore, side of the cube = a = 12 cm.

Surface Area of Cube = 6 × a^2

= 6 × 12^2

= 6 × 144

= 864 cm^2.

Here is your answer

Length = 18 cm
Breadth = 12 cm
Height = 8 cm

Volume of Cuboid = L×B×H
= 18 × 12 × 8
= 1728 cu.cm

Now
Volume of cube = L^3
 1728 = l {}^{3}  \\ l =  \sqrt[3]{1728}  \\ l = 12 \: cm
So
Surface Area of Cube = 6×L^2
 = 6 \times (12) {}^{2}  \\  = 6 \times 144 \\  = 864 \: cm {}^{2}
