Solution!!

Length = 2 m 20 cm

Breadth = 1 m 85 cm

Height = 1 m 10 cm

First things first, convert the units so that it is easy for us to find the volume of the water tank. We can either convert the units to metre or centimetres. I'll convert the units to centimetres.

1 metre = 100 cm

Length = 2 m 20 cm

Length = 200 cm + 20 cm

Length = 220 cm

Breadth = 1 m 85 cm

Breadth = 100 cm + 85 cm

Breadth = 185 cm

Height = 1 m 10 cm

Height = 100 cm + 10 cm

Height = 110 cm

Now all the dimensions are in centimetre, let's find out the volume of the rectangular water tank.

Volume = Length × Breadth × Height

Volume = 220 cm × 185 cm × 110 cm

Volume = 44,77,000 cm³
