Answer:

The disease related with the synthesis of insulin is diabetes

Explanation:

Insulin is an hormone that helps in the utilization of glucose in the body. Insulin is synthesized in the beta cells of the pancreas.

There are four types of diseases related to synthesis of insulin ( Most common being diabetes and its various forms) :

1) Type 1 diabetes - This is an auto-immune disease where the immune system attacks the beta cells that produce insulin leading to insulin deficiency. Type diabetes is also known as Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus.

2) Type 2 diabetes - this is a form of diabetes in which the cells of your body become resistant to the effect of insulin or the body produces less than the required amount of insulin. This form of diabetes is also known as Insulin independent diabetes mellitus

3) Gestational Diabetes - this is a state where a woman in pregnancy may requires more insulin than what the body produces.

4) Insulinoma - these are tumors of the beta cells of pancreas. This leads to increased synthesis of insulin.
