Given,

  • Acceleration = 10 cm/s²
  • Time = 4 s
  • Initial velocity = 0 m/s

The displacement of a body can be determined by the equation,

\boxed{\bold{s=ut+\frac{1}{2}at^2}}

Applying the values to the equation,

\implies\bold{s=0+(\frac{1}{2}\times 10\times 4^2)}

\implies\bold{s=5\times 4\times 4}

\boxed{\bold{\therefore\:Displacement = 80\:cm}}

Answer: 80 cm

Explanation:GIVEN ACCELERATION= 10CM/S -2

TIME = 4 SECONDS

WE HAVE TO FIND THE DISPLACEMENT COVERED BY THE BODY IN 4s

S=UT+1/2 AT -2

s= 1/2 AT-2

s=1/2 10* 4*4

2S = 10*16 (SUBSTITUTING 2 ON THE DISPLACEMENT SIDE )

2S= 160

S=160/2

S=80 cm

hope it help you and others
