where the body is initially at rest the displacement is S= Ut+1/2at^2

then the velocity of the body is

V = U+at

V = gt (or)

v^2 = u^2 - 2gs

v^2 = (0)^2 - 2gs

v^2 = 2gs

Answer:

velocity of the body at any time t would be:

differentiation of s  w.r.t  t.

that is:

ds/dt = gt

v = gt m/s.
