Answer:

4/3

Explanation:

It is given as x=2t^2-t^3

We know v=dx / dt

Therefore;

V=d( 2t^2 - t^3 ) = 0. (As they have asked velocity to be zero)

4t - 3t^2 = 0

t(4 - 3t) = 0

t=0 or t = 4/3

At start t=0 but they have asked after the start hence;

t = 4/3
