It is not necessary that if the displacement of an object is zero, then, the distance travelled by it should also be zero.

Displacement is the total amount of distance by which a body is displaced from its initial position to any other final position. Distance is the total length to which an object has moved.

When an object is having a displacement of zero just as it is given in the question, it states that the object has not been displaced from its initial position and is in the same position after travelling some distance. But, maybe the distance would not be zero in the sense that the object has moved some distance and has come back to its initial position.

I hope it helps but if still any problem is there, then imagine the displacement and distance travelled on a circular path when you take a round on it.
