∴ V= ds/dt = 3t²-12t+3

Hence,the acceleration of the particles will be :

a = dv/dt

a = 6t-12

But, a = 0

It follows that :

6t-12=0

∴ 6t = 12

∴ t = 2s

Therefore,

V = 3(2)² - 12(2) + 3,when t= 2s

V = 12 - 24 + 3

V = -9m/s

V = 9m/s
