the body is moving with constant velocity or uniform velocity that is with the same speed .time is increasing but the speed if the body is constant!!

The velocity of the object is the slope of the displacement time graph of that object. But since the graph makes 0° with the x-axis(time) being parallel thus slope, that is tan theta = 0
And, hence the velocity of the object is zero and this means that the object is at rest and does not change it's position with passage of time.
