motion along a to b is uniform motion so option a is correct in other cases motion is not uniform hence acceleration is produce and hence force is acting on the body

Naman4132: how sir
Naman4132: it no force in the question
kushalankur09p5h135: did you under my answer written above
kushalankur09p5h135: understand
Naman4132: No
kushalankur09p5h135: see when no force is acting on the body the motion is uniform and its graph will be straight line passing through the origin.
kushalankur09p5h135: and graph a to b is straight line
Naman4132: but CD is also uniform see diagram
kushalankur09p5h135: yes but the line CD did not pass through the origin
Naman4132: ohh ok ok

a-b = negetive acceleration,
b-c = initially negative and then positive acceleration,
c-d = no acceleration,
d-e = same as b-c
