body will come at rest when velocity will be zero
x =  \frac{2}{3}  {t}^{2}  - 16t + 2 \\ v =  \frac{dx}{dt}  =  \frac{4}{3} t - 16 = 0 \\ t = 12 \: sec

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:Body will come at rest when v=0

X=2/3t^2 - 16t +2

After derivating

4/3t - 16 =0

t=12 sec
