x= ae-pt +beqt

where a,b,p,q are +ve constants the velocity of a particle will

a) go on decreasing with time

b) be independent of p and q

c) drop to 0 when p=q

My friend as formula for displacement is in given, you need to find formula of velocity by diffentiating above equation w.r.t. time so
Velocity = - p+beq
So velocity = beq-p
As above all terms are constant velocity will be constant with time so option A & D are wrong now if we check remaining two option they also does not feet well so i would say options may be wrong
