Step-by-step explanation:

L=b+13

2(b+b+13)=200

2 goes to the other side to divide

200/2=100

2b+13=100

13 goes there to subtract

2b=100-13

2b=87

Divide both sides by the co-efficient of b

B=43.5

L=b+13 L=43.5+13

L=56.5

Therefore L=56.5 and B=43.5
