l= 26+b
perimeter =2(l+b)
2(26+b+b)= 400
2(26+2b)=400
26+2b=400/2
26+2b=200
2b=200-26
2b=174
b=174/2
b=87
l=26+b
l=26+87
l=113
l=113,b=87 is obtained answer
