breadth=x

length=x+26

perimeter=400m

perimeter of a rectangle =2(l+b)

2(x+26+x)=400

2(2x+26)=400

2x+26=400/2

2x+26=200

2x=200-26

2x=174

x=174/2

x=87

breadth=87m

length=x+26=87+26=113m
