A (3,-2) , B (K,4)

DISTANCE (AB)

=

 \sqrt{(k - 3)^{2} + (4 + 2) ^{2}  } =  \sqrt{37}  \\  {k}^{2}  + 9 - 6k + 36  = 37 \:  \:  \:  \: (squaring \: both \: sids\\  {k}^{2}  - 6k + 45 = 37 \\  {k}^{2}  - 6k +  8 = 0 \\  {k }^{2}  - 4k - 2k + 8 = 0 \\ (k - 4)(k - 2) = 0 \\ k = 4 \: and \: k = 2

Answer:

=> √(k-3)²+(4+2)² = √37

=> k²-6k +45 = 37

=> k² - 6k + 8 = 0

=> (k-4)(k-2)=0

=> k=2,4
