ans is 3. . .. d = √(x-h)²+(y-k)².

because h ,k = 0,0.

and. y=o hence ans is 3

The distance of any point from the origin is given by

distance \:  =  \sqrt{ {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2} }

Hence, using this formula, we get

d \:  =  \sqrt{ {( - 3)}^{2}  +  {0}^{2} }

d = 3 \: units
