the distance between the object and the image in a plane mirror is 6m . if the object moves 2m away from the mirror ,then what will be the new distance between the object and the image?

Answer:

Distance of Object from the Mirror=Distance of Image from the Mirror=6/2=3 m. Again, Distance moved by the Image from the mirror=1 m.
