Solution

distance between the origin and the point (4,3)

 = \sqrt{(4 - 0) {}^{2} +( 3 - 0) {}^{2} } \\ = \sqrt{16 + 9} \\ = \sqrt{25} \\ = 5 \: unit

Answer:

for this use distance formula i.e.

 \sqrt{ {(x1 - x2)}^{2} + {(y1 - y2)}^{2}} \\

or to find distance from origin

you can use.. √x²+y²

put the values

then distance = √16+9 = √25 = 5 units..

hope this will help you
