The distance between the real enlarged image and the object placed in front of a concave mirror is 60cm.If the focal length of the mirror is 40cm find the position of the object and the image.

f =-40 

v =?

1/f = 1/v +1/u

v = uf / u-f
    = -60 × -40 /  -60 - (-40)
     = 240 /- 20
    = -12


Abarrane: but they have asked the position of the object so is it 60cm?
