a start at 7:00 and b start 7:30 then in 30 min a already coverd 15km of total distance
now distance to cover =145
relative speed =30+35=75
now we get time =145/75
1 hr and 14/15 min
14/15 mins 56 min
add it in 7:30
7:30+1:56=9:26
