From Kepler's law
T² α R³
⇒ T α R^(3/2)

Now, T = 365 days
if distance becomes half,
R' = R/2

T'/T = (R'/R)^(3/2)
⇒ T'/365 = ((R/2)/R)^(3/2)
⇒ T' = 365 * (1/2)^(3/2)
⇒ T' = 365*0.35355
⇒ T' = 129.04 days

It will take 129.04 days to make one year.
