velocity= distance/time,

v=ds/dt=d/dt(t^3+3t+t),

v=3t^2+3,

velocity at end of 3 hrs=3*(3^2)+3=30kmph,

acceleration=rate of change if velocity,

a=dV/dt=d/dt(3t^2+3),

a=6t,

therefore, acceleration at end of 3hrs =6*3=18km/hr^2
