T = 1 hour = 60 minutes = 60 * 60 = 3600 sec
D = 15 km = 15000 meter

S = D/T
= 15000/3600
= 150/36
= 75/18
Car :
T = 3600 sec
D = 85 km = 85000 m

S = 85000/3600
= 850/36
= 425/18

Ratio=( 75/18 ) / (425/18)
= (75/18)*(18/425). (cut 18 by 18)
= 75/425
= 15/85
= 3/17
