Mean: 7.5

Median: 6

Explanation:

{Mean}=\frac{{sum} \text { of the number of items}}{\text { Number of items }}

{Mean}=\frac{7+5+16+12+2+3}{6}

Sum of the number of items =45

No of items = 6

Hence, {Mean}=\frac{45}{6}=7.5

Now, Median = middle element of the elements arranged in ascending order.

Hence given list : 7   5    16    12   2    3

Ascending order:  2 3 5 7 12 16

The middle element is : 5 and 7

Hence dividing it by 2 to get the median value:  5+\frac{7}{2}=6.

Hence Median =6
