Climate influences the distribution of flora and fauna

Explanation:

Climate plays a key role in influencing the flora of a particular region. World’s most dense forests are found in the tropical regions of the Earth where there is abundant rainfall. In the deserts, we find plants like cactus which can grow in areas with scanty rainfall. In the Himalayas, due to the heavy precipitation, trees have pointy leaves or spikes.

In the same way, we find animals with thick fur living in the Himalayas, so that they can withstand the extreme cold. Examples: Polar Bear. Camels are the main inhabitants of the desert. And the tropical region inhabit many species of animals found on Earth.
