Diversity is not always celebrated:

Diversity is a form of globalization and an important form of human existence, which does not implies that form of diversity must always be celebrated. Enlisted below are the reason why is it not celebrated –

• Diverse form of existence – the diversity weakens the unity of a society cause of grouping of alike members.

• Discrimination – either be it gender, or caste or social status.

• Differences of belief – diverse people belong to different communities having their own religious and social belief contributing to conflict based on opinions.
