the dough of cake containing flour and yeast rises after sometime.why?plz answer me​

When yeast is inside the dough it releases CO₂  and the as u know, it rises. the CO₂ forms bubble like structre inside the dough giving it the puffy look.

when we add yeast in cake is dough and rise up and realease more and more carbon dioxide. it's covert sugar into alcohol.

when the cake baked at 180°C then the yeast is killed and the alcohol is evaporate during baking prosses
