Yes, I agree that the Duck was intelligent, wise and smart.

The Duck prasied the Kangaroo about the way it hops that it seems like endless. Then the Duck asked the Kangaroo in a polite and gentle way for a ride in it's back. At the beginning the Duck made the Kangaroo happy then he asked about the ride.

When the Kangaroo found some objections in the Duck. The Duck solved the objection with his own mind and things. After which the Kangaroo agreed for the ride.

All these instances proves that the Duck was intelligent, wise and smart.
