The earth is moving but why we are not moving with the earth

The Earth is moving with constant speed hence we are not being able to realise that the we are moving along with the Earth but if Earth changes it's speed then only it will affect us somehow.
The gravitational pull of the Earth is too strong so we remain Intact.
