• According to the Newton's law of motion the exerted amount of force by that falling stone will be :

F = M×A

Here,

F = Exerted force.

M = Mass of the stone.

A = Gravitational acceleration.

• Now,the value of gravitational acceleration is mostly constant. So,the amount of force will be dependent on the amount of mass of the freefalling object.

• The mass of stone is very small as compared with the mass of the earth and that's why the force exerted by the stone is also negligible to the earth.
